超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定粽子中添加的安赛蜜含量

摘要:建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定粽子专项抽检样品中安赛蜜含量的分析方法。采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm);以0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速0.2mL/min,柱温35℃。结果表明,安赛蜜在10~200 ng/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)为0.999 5,加标回收率平均为99.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.81%。通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定15批粽子中的安赛蜜含量,发现2批粽子检测出安赛蜜,检出率为13.3%,安赛蜜的含量分别为0.057g/kg、0.076g/kg。该方法具有前处理简单、准确度高、检测速度快等优点。

Determination of Acesulfame Content Added in Rice Dumplings by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:To establish an analytical method for the determination of acesulfame content in rice dumplings particular spot-check samples by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The chromatographic column used in this method was Agilent SB-C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm); 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile was used as mobile phase for gradient elution; The flow rate was 0.2 mL/min, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The results showed that acesulfame had a good linear relationship in the range of 10~200 ng/mL, the correlation coefficient (R2) was 0.999 5, the average spiked recovery rate was 99.5% , and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.81% . Acesulfame content was determined in 15 batches of rice dumplings by ultra performance liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry, acesulfame was detected in 2 batches of rice dumplings, the detection rate was 13.3%, the contents of acesulfame were 0.057 g/kg and 0.076 g/kg respectively. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high accuracy and fast detection speed.
